Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled inspection time will be subject to a $150.00 cancellation fee.

Guarantee

Our Unconditional Guarantee is in effect for all clients who attend the entire inspection. It states that you will receive a full refund up to 30 days after the inspection if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the inspection which we have performed.
