Welcome to EBI Registration. Please follow these simple steps to register for a home inspection prior to the scheduled date and time.

1. Contact our office at 604-926-6666 to arrange a date and time for the inspection.
   
   
2. Pre-Inspection Agreement ("PIA"). Click HERE to download this form. Please read, print and complete all required information including intials on front page and signature on back. Fax the completed form to our office at 604-926-6697 or scan and e-mail it to
   
   
3. Download and read the BCIPI Standards of Practice. Click HERE.
   
   
4. Payment can be made by credit card, cheque or cash. For those not attending the inspection, payment si required before the scheduled inspection time.. If you are attending, payment is required on site.
