Our Services
All of our inspections are carried out to meet or exceed the Standards of practice of the British Columbia Institute of Property Inspectors. (BCIPI) These standards are detailed at the tab on the top right of this page. The typical home inspection will take two to four hours depending on the size and condition of the home. We encourage the purchaser of the home to be present during the inspection. Towards the end of the on-site portion, we will walk together around the home reviewing the results of the inspection. This is a great opportunity to ask any questions about the home and to learn more about future maintenance requirements and necessary repairs. Following the inspection, a detailed type-written report is sent by e-mail to the homebuyer. An example of our report is available at the sample report tab.
