Standards of Practice

Matt is an active member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geologists of British Columbia (APEGBC). He is also a member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI) and the British Columbia Institute of Property Inspectors (BCIPI). NACHI is the world's largest and most elite home inspection association. It is a non-profit organization with members in 23 countries. NACHI is the international home of over 10,000 home inspectors worldwide. BCIPI is a provincial association which is an institute with the Applied Science Technologists & Technicians of BC (ASTTBC). NACHI and BCIPI both provide technical seminars and courses many of which Matt attends.
