Standards of Practice

Matt is an active member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geologists of British Columbia (APEGBC). He is also a member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI). NACHI is the world's largest and most elite home inspection association. It is a non-profit organization with members in 23 countries. NACHI is the international home of over 10,000 home inspectors worldwide. NACHI's Standards of Practice is now the standard in the inspection home industry. It is by far the largest most comprehensive set of guidelines available to home inspectors. NACHI also provides technical seminars and courses many of which Matt attends.
